All payments for services must be made through authorized company accounts or verified payment partners (We are using Corporate Account Only with our company name,such as Keystone Bank, UBA Bank, Zenith Bank ).

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

SDDTIF is not responsible for any losses resulting from payments made to unauthorised third parties.

Prices may vary based on exchange rates, airline policies, or embassy updates.

5. Booking and Cancellations

Flight bookings and visa applications are processed based on the accuracy of information provided by the client.

Any delay or denial due to incorrect or incomplete information shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline, embassy, or service provider’s policies.

6. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country.

SDDTIF Travels & Tours Ltd provides professional support but does not guarantee visa approval, as such decisions are made solely by consulates or embassies.
